Notification according to section 26 para. 1 WpHG
On 2 August 2012, Credit Suisse AG, Zurich, Switzerland, and Credit Suisse
Group AG, Zurich, Switzerland, notified us pursuant to section 21 para. 1
WpHG of the following:
1) On 27 July 2012, Credit Suisse AG fell below the threshold of 3% of the
voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d.
Saale, Germany. On that date, Credit Suisse AG held 2.97% of the voting
rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 4,099,089 voting rights.
Of these voting rights, a proportion of 0.0003% (equals 408 voting rights)
is held directly. A proportion of 2.92% (equals 4,040,379 voting rights) is
attributed to Credit Suisse AG pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1
and a proportion of 0.04% (equals 58,302 voting rights) is attributed to
Credit Suisse AG pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection
with sent. 2 WpHG.
2) On 27 July 2012, Credit Suisse Group AG fell below the threshold of 3%
of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad
Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Credit Suisse Group AG held
2.97% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 4,099,089
voting rights.
Of these voting rights, a proportion of 2.92% (equals 4,040,787 voting
rights) is attributed to Credit Suisse Group AG pursuant to section 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG and a proportion of 0.04% (equals 58,302 voting
rights) is attributed to Credit Suisse Group AG pursuant to section 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
